As most of you know FFNR has been in our current location since 2011 and have been offering our nudist community sanctuary to our like-minded friends throughout.
This past year has been challenging to say the least for us and we are currently appealing a Township decision to turn down our temporary rezoning application on April 16th, 2018. We are confident that our new attorney through the appeal process with LPAT, will work hard on our behalf to obtain the necessary rezoning to facilitate our camping arrangements to the community at large moving forward.
This process will take the course of most of this upcoming season and we will be limited as to what we can temporarily offer you as our camping nudist friends.
So therefore, for this season we will be offering activities that comply with the current bylaws until the ruling comes that the LPAT decision has been approved to accommodate our campground.
FFNR is currently zoned Rural (RU) under the Township of Stone Mills Zoning Bylaw No. 2014-744 and Under Section 4.5 of the bylaw it outlines the permitted uses within a Rural Zone. I have attached these approved areas in the bylaw at the end of this letter for your review and understanding.
We ask that you all take the time to complete our online registration on our website at www.freedomfieldsnaturistranch.com and all referred guests to our ranch with confirmation will be automatically be approved for access to our site for this year. Our one time $30.00 sign up fee will automatically be donated to the legal fund that our members have started and is appreciated. (Please note each approval is at the sole discretion of FFNR while we are in this legal process). Our community section of our site will allow you the opportunity to come up to speed on any further updates as they become available and allows you the opportunity to correspond with your community friends.
We will be offering our community the opportunity to continue to learn and participate in all aspects of our farming operations, participate in our Community Gardening program if desired and participate in the various Artistic Expression Courses being offered. A community calendar has been prepared and available on our site.
Furthermore, there will still be our celebrations of life, wedding reception and potluck birthday parties that we have throughout the course of the summer. These of course are personal in nature and we hope that the surrounding community and township respects our privacy in these matters.
We still have limited accommodations available for the travelling weary and for responsible adults to partake in the community.
We cannot stress enough that (we) Hector and Yvonne remain committed to our community and are working on getting a resolution as soon as made available.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the out pouring of support from within our community and look forward to all your visits this coming year.
You (the Community) are the ones that make it all worth while for us.
Yvonne Gibson and Hector Gravelle
